D-Sub 15 pin male to AISG 8 pin female AISG cables for Antenna base station
Description
This AISG cables (Antenna Interface Standards Group ) used for connecting RCU (Remote Control Unit) and RRU (Remote Radio Units), feeding data and power to RET(Remote Electrical Tilt) system components. Its widely used in 3G,4G and 5G networks, especially suitable for 3G,4G and 5G ESC antennas, tower amplifiers and base station equipment.

Advantages
- The length can be customized to meet the different requirements of buyers
- Suitable for complex environments with antenna base stations, -40°C ~ +85°C
- UV resistant, suitable for long-term outdoor environments
- Flame retardant grade conforms to UL94-V0
- High-quality connectors, mating life is more than 500 times
- No abnormal phenomenon in the salt spray test 168H
Electrical data
Withstand voltage | Contact impedance | Insulation resistance | Rated voltage |
850V | <5mΩ | ≥500MΩ | DC 300V |

About the cable:
- 4 cores cable, diameter 8mm, with Aluminum-Magnesium alloy shield layer, coverage more than 85%
- The inner conductor is tinned copper wire which have good electrical conductivity
- The general cable parameters are as shown in the picture below, it is 2 x 0.75mm2(20 AWG) stranded (power) 2 x 0.25mm2(23 AWG) twisted pair (data) 6 conductor cable 7mm (0.26 inch) diameter
- we also provide another low-standard cable to reduce the cost: 2 x 0.41mm2(21AWG) stranded (power) 2 x 0.21mm2 (24 AWG)twisted pair (data) 6 conductor cable 7mm (0.26 inch) diameter
- about the outer jecket of the cable, there are PU or PVC materials for your opinion, the performance of PU is better and the price of PVC is lower

About the connector:
- Pin assignment according AISG specification.
- Female pin layout is based on DIN EN 61076-2-106:2012-04 variant 08-a. The female pins 2, 4 and 8 are not in use for AISG applications, but it must be ensured that fully loaded male connectors according DIN EN 61076-2-106:2012-04 variant 08-a are pluggable.
- Pin 1 shall not be used for new constructions, only needed to keep compatibility to older versions.
- For more information refer to AISG C485 V1.1
